About ALCC

Apex Language and Career College has helped students from across the globe achieve success in learning English as a Second Language since 2000. Learning English has helped our students achieve academic success, advance their careers and develop an international network of friends.

Students receive high quality language instruction and exceptional individual attention. All students receive an orientation to Halifax and Canadian culture upon arrival, as well as guidance to facilitate the transition from ESL to the academic program of their choice. ALCC courses combine intensive language skills development, experiential learning outside the classroom, and the effective use of advanced computer technology.

Past and present students have come from China, Korea, the Middle East and Mexico. ALCC strives for an international student base by working with agents throughout the world that refer students to come to Halifax to learn English.
